Zoom allows you to join meetings and webinars effortlessly. We can also schedule meeting and receive reminders about the same.
Cons
The mobile application is a little confusing compared to the desktop access to zoom.

Overall, it has been an amazing experience. It has made meeting so many people at the same time a lot easier.
Pros
I like the ease of conducting large online events through audio and video, in order to gather a lot of people at the same time and also through screen sharing.
Cons
Well I don't know if it is due to the capacity of people its been used for, Sometimes the volume goes off. Some of my listeners couldn't hear me in one of the meetings I had and it crashed. Though it doesn't happen all the time.

One thing I appreciated from the platform is the ease of use, the interface is pretty intuitive, making it simple to set up and manage events or webinars. Additionally, the ability to host up to 10,000 participants in a webinar is impressive,

One aspect I found a bit lacking was the pricing options, which can be quite expensive for smaller organizations or those who don’t need the full range of features. At first, too, it can be a bit overwhelming to see all the options and possibilities with the software.
