Without much prompting or training from us, they not only matched our existing suite of tests, but also proposed a litany of additional tests, some we hadn't even anticipated or hadn't been able to cover in the past manually. Moreover, they were able to automate test processes that our previous vendor was not able to, broadening the impact of their service. We definitely feel like a premium partner, instead of just another customer - they take time to understand their clients and their needs and do what's needed to meet them.

The commitment to the customer is paramount, and you definitely feel that in the engagement with all of the team members. And that's on top of a solid service and technology footing.
