Exceptional. I've had nothing but great experiences with Zego and would recommend them to peers in the business.
Pros
Payment automation reduces the administrative burden and liability of processing checks, money orders, etc. manually.
Cons
It does take time for ACH payments to process, and it would be great if these transaction times could be reduced, but this is par for the course in the industry, I'd argue.

Ease of Use, tenant access, integration with our accounting software.
Cons
Lockbox specific - not being able to see images of payments with envelopes/post. Can only view them if they are pushed to an exception queue for decisioning.

It's great once it's setup. Adding accounts after the initial setup was more difficult than expected. We also tried to set up an ACH process and it was just too difficult to do and we ended up going a completely opposite direction because of it.
Pros
Once it is setup, it is very nice and streamlined.
Cons
It was very hard to get customer service to understand questions and needs we had after implementation.
