I love that I can rely on it for my lead generation tasks. On days when I’m not feeling my best and can’t do lead gen manually, I’m glad I can count on LinkedHelper to handle it. My average reply rate ranges from 10-20%, and I know there are many factors at play. For me, though, the key is maintaining consistency in reaching out to prospects, which LinkedHelper 2 helps me achieve.
Pros
I have been using LinkedHelper for three months now and have contacted their customer thrice in different instances—all of which they replied within 5 minutes. That's what I liked the most. Next to that is how I can control my main machine remotely.
Cons
I'm looking forward to improvements that make it less demanding on my computer's memory.

Pros
While Linked Helper 2 offers a variety of useful features, there were a few areas that I found less than ideal. Additionally, the learning curve for new users is quite steep, as it requires a solid understanding of the platform before one can leverage its full potential. There were also occasional glitches or slow performance, especially when handling large lists of connections, which sometimes disrupted the workflow. Lastly, customer support, though responsive, could benefit from faster resolution times for more complex technical issues.
Cons
Linked Helper 2 is a fantastic tool. The interface works well, though a more modern design could make it even easier to use. For beginners, there might be a slight learning curve, but with a bit of time, the platform becomes intuitive and very efficient. Occasionally, it might slow down when handling large volumes, but these moments are rare and don’t significantly impact the workflow. Overall, it's a very reliable and valuable tool!

I really like how once you set it up you can just leave it running in the background. Very useful.

It saves me countless hours of messaging my clients and reaching out to new people. It's automated a large chunk of my work and saved me lots of time.
Cons
it doesnt work while my laptop is in sleep mode.

Pros
The fact that it's continue updated when needed (Linkedin changes a-lot), it works perfect, I can add extra functions by using simple template forms, highly customized by my own wishes.
Cons
I would like functionality like automatically send Birthday messages to my contacts (so using a parameter from Linkedin so it triggers LH2)
