My experience with Klarna has been good most of the time, and I find it a pretty convenient way for customers to pay. Notwithstanding, I found some issues to get refunds.
Pros
It does offer a fractionable payment method without interest
It won't affect any credit score towards traditional banking systems.
Cons
It does not have a good customer support at all. There are no phone numbers or chat systems to get human prompt response to issues that might appear.

That I can uninstall it. There are no redeeming features on this app.
Cons
Terrible downgrade from Storcard. There is no widget for Android, and you can't change the order of cards; many users report very slow load speeds. These all make the app much slower than alternatives.
