Billbee was super helpful as a single source of truth selling on a handful of different e-commerce platforms. I automated my invoices, customer messages + follow ups and accounting exports to my accounting software.

Pros

- Easy and quick set up- Saved me valuable time each day- Helpful and quick support- Easy to use- Many integrations to shops systems, marketplaces and many more- Good value for money

Cons

- Doesn't come with as many features as other big ERP systems (e.g. a listing feature), but looking at the price it's a fair deal.

Reasons for Switching to billbee

Had all the features I needed, was the quickest to be implemented by far and was the most affordable.

Einfach und Zuverlässig

Pros

Billbee nutzen wir seit Jahren. Für Multichannel gibt es nichts besseres, was einfach einzurichten ist, zuverlässig läuft und der Grad an Automatisierung bietet.

Cons

Keine Möglichkeit für einen automatischen zeitgesteuerten Import von einem FTP-Server einzurichten. Das währe auch das einzige was uns hier fehlt.

M2E ist das Beste was für Amazon und Ebay in Verbindung mit Magento überhaupt gibt, nur sind wir nicht mehr bei Magento.

Plenty ist überladen und unübersichtlich. Das wollte ich mir nicht antun.

Sehr gute Performance, viele Möglichkeiten

BillBee ist eine sehr gute Software

Pros

Das Erstellen eines Versandetiketts ist easy, sowie das eine Rechnung automatisch erstellt wird. Top und gleich an die Buchhaltung weiter übertragen wird.

Cons

Der Lagerbestand müsste auf jeder Plattform übertragbar sein

Pros

Man kann vieles automatisieren, hat einen super Überblick und hat viele mögliche Schnittstellen, außerdem hat Billbee eine API über welche sich eigene Schnittstellen realisieren lassen

Cons

ein paar Anbindungen fehlen noch und teils brauch man etwas Zeit um die Regeln zu verstehen

Pros

Billbee bietet eine super Übersicht über alle eingehenden Aufträge aus all unseren Verkaufskanälen. Durch die Möglichkeiten zur Automatisierung ist es fast unmöglich, dass etwas untergeht und für uns selbst ist für die übliche Bestellabwicklung so gut wie kein manueller Aufwand notwendig.
Wenn man doch mal Hilfe braucht, ist der Support übrigens wirklich super schnell und kompetent!

Cons

Nach fast zweijähriger Nutzung würde ich mir ein paar Funktionen zum Controlling wünschen. Wir haben uns nun eine eigene Excel-Tabelle gebaut, in der wir monatlich Exporte aus Billbee einfügen, sodass diese uns die Daten übersichtlich ausbereitet. Diesen manuellen Aufwand könnte man mit dem KnowHow von Billbee sicher smarter lösen.
