Digital forensics platform for processing evidence

About E3:Universal

E3:Universal is an on-premise platform designed to help professionals, investigators, and businesses in the public sector process, search, parse, review and report on evidence across mobile devices, computers, cloud data, email conversations, operating systems, and more. Its E3:Viewer platform lets enterprises access reports to gain insights into message lists, malware scan results, data investigations, and installed applications, among other metrics.

E3:Universal allows organizations to review mobile applications' data sources and access rights. The system supports multiple email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, America Online, Eudora, Maildir Database, and more for businesses to process email archives from local, cloud, and network stores. Businesses can process physical, cloud, and application data in a single interface.

E3:Universal uses the content analysis wizard to review files by sorting them into categories such as videos, emails, graphics, documents, and more.

Pros

Ability to work with multiple devices that other options still seem to struggle with, Unique OSINT capabilities, and customer support that is swift and sincere.

Cons

I honestly cant say I have any real complaints about this tool at this time.

True, there are several public domain/free/open-source tools available in the world. However, for many years, this suite has provided remarkably reliable and consolidated Digital Forensic advantages that are critical to any serious and accredited Digital Forensic Experts and paramount to the lasting relevance/success of said Experts.

Pros

From Acquisition to customizable and automated summary reporting, this software package should be an integral tool in your arsenal for exceptional Digital Forensics acquisitions, content analyses, parsing and reporting. Paraben is EXTREMELY dedicated and committed to their customers and their noteworthy, consistent upgrades are vital to helping customers keep up with the ever-changing world of technology.

Cons

On rare occasions, a logical mobile device acquisition fails yet Tech Support (especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT]) at Paraben has historically proven to be incredibly timely, personable, professional and dedicated to resolving any issues that arise.

Awesome Software and easy to use!

Reviewed on 2021/09/06

AWESOME, Awesome, AWESOME

AWESOME, Awesome, AWESOME

Pros

This software compared to Secure view or Cellbrite is a lot easier to use. The software is top notch, the customer service is beyond anything I've every experienced. The paraben team whether the [SENSITIVE CONTENT], Sales, or tech support are always willing to assist and go above and beyond. Doesn't matter if its 9am on a Tuesday morning or Christmas eve, someone from the Paraben team is will to assist in a time of need.

Cons

The reports are a bit basis, I like to have the "wow" factor when presenting a report. Not sure how that could be changed.
