Imprivata OneSign is a single sign-on (SSO) and authentication solution designed to help healthcare organizations ensure secured access to clinical and administrative applications deployed across cloud or on-premise environments.
Imprivata OneSign includes a GUI based profile generator, which helps supervisors create SSO profiles and deploy new applications. Administrators can automate password changes, set up the format according to the organization’s requirements, and create policies as per specific users or groups. It provides support to virtual desktops and applications such as VMware ThinApp, Citrix XenDesktop, Microsoft RDS and more.
Imprivata OneSign helps in automatically launching or closing apps when a user signs in from different locations. The platform offers a self-service password management feature, which enables physicians to reset credentials via a Q&A based password reset method. Staff members can access systems via biometric identification or proximity card readers. It also provides integration with various third-party EHR’s or clinical software.

Overall I think any company would benefit from the use of Imprivata. its one click or one swipe rule works on any company device that it is connected with.
Pros
That I am able to sign in anywhere with my badge using Imprivata Onesign. not only does all of my information will be available from anywhere in the system but it does so with ease and only one click.
Cons
Nothing. i think its a easy tool to use for such a big company not track and sign in on base and on any network within that base.

I use Imprivata daily and the amount of time it saves is incredible. Especially when multiple people have access to different computers, one easy badge in logs you in and pulls up your personal preferences and access.
Pros
No click access is such a game changer! It saves so much time while keeping patients EHR's secure!

I have zero cons! Imprivata is a great tool!

I have enjoyed the ease of access and convivence this software has provided me on a daily basis.

Pros
This software has elevated my job and made it easier to log in and out of computers. I use my badge to tap, and the computer pulls my log in up. The system assists in my daily tasks.
Cons
The software can glitch and take time loading information especially if it's your first badge in for the day.
