The Superior CRM

I have been using Vin for six years and have worked in other dealerships that did not use it....

I have been using Vin for six years and have worked in other dealerships that did not use it. Resource management and inventory control are easily managed within it. Desking and interaction with other software is seamless and thoughtless. You can't go wrong with this CRM.

Pros

VinSolutions is the superior CRM software out there for the car business. Customer management is at it's absolute finest and easiest to manage with this user-friendly software.

Cons

Vin doesn't really have drawbacks. It is superior to other car industry software in every way imaginable.

easy to use, tons of customizable features and great suggestions for sales staff to help them continue a dialog with propects

Cons

there are many features that we dont take advantage of being a smaller dealership

It's one of those systems that I don't know how the industry ever lived without. Vital for our everyday operations.

Pros

The tool has more information than you could ever need. So much so that it's overwhelming. Fairly easy to use once you learn it, and is very useful in assisting our staff in keeping up with leads and customers.

Cons

Because there is SO much information, it can be overwhelming to learn. I've been using it for many years and find new things and reports and ways to do things every day.
