We found Logicalware to be a smart and efficient company behind multi-channel customer service software. Its MailManager system is easy to set up and ensures our customers’ enquiries our automatically distributed to the right people so they can respond quickly, consistently and efficiently.

In depth administration capabilities also enable us to effectively manage, track and report on all areas of our customer service. Logicalware's solutions are used across a wide variety of industries, including Call Centres, E-commerce & Online Retailers and Insurance Companies by clients including Ryanair, Maplin, GoSkippy, Dobbies, WWF (UK) and Spark Energy.
