> **Pros**: First and foremost, ease of use and affordability are two major factors in my rating.  The customer support ranks high because of availability and knowledge of the staff.  I like the ability to track CIP projects separately, which my old software didn't offer.  The import of data from old to new was a painless process.

> **Cons**: So far, I haven't encountered any dislikes with the software.  This is my first year using Fixed Asset Pro and I haven't found any lack of reporting issues or support.

> The entire process from demos to implementation was easier than I anticipated.
Customer support provided excellent support and recommendations when I reached out.  Live chats, phone calls, or emails are available when help is needed.  There are comprehensive training modules to walk you through setup to implementation which are easy to follow.

> It's done a reasonably good job allowing us to categorize and keep track of assets in large volumes at a very reasonable price.  Tech support always makes me feel stupid.  The errors in calculating depreciation mean we always have to manipulate the depreciation reports for tax reporting.

> **Pros**: It is easy to use, reports generated are simple yet informative.  My uses are more limited, I just use it for tracking and EOM reporting but if I needed more I am sure the system would be more than adequate.  Being able to set-up internal different groups is a handy way to see results

> **Cons**: The assets can sometimes be, not difficult, but until you get a rudimentary feel for the software, it takes a little time to make sure the assets are properly coded.  It can also be confusing when it comes to the year that you would be starting the software with, assuming an upload of the initial asset file

> Use it for tracking \& EOM reporting only at this point, but if I needed more, my educated guess as a user of the system believes that it would satisfy my needs.  And considering this is my first year of 100% use, when my auditors come in for our annual audit and they ask if we could get something for them, the capabilities will be there.  Customer service either over the phone, emails or video tutorials helps to answer any questions promptly.
