Insgesamt ist CANDIS ein sehr zeitsparendes Tool für die gesamte vorbereitende Buchhaltung. Alle Prozesse können rückverfolgt werden, der Einsatz von Papier und Stempeln reduziert sich erheblich. Der größte Gewinn ist die Zeitersparnis. Sehr schön ist auch, dass Rechnungen nicht verloren gehen können. Sind sie einmal in der Prozessierung, können sie verarbeitet werden.
Pros
Besonders gut finde ich die Filterfunktion. Bei der Suche einer bestimmten Rechnung kann über die Filterfunktion entsprechend gesucht werden. Es kann sowohl nach Dienstleistern als auch nach Kriterien gesucht werden. Überfällige Rechnungen werden auf diesem Weg schnell gefunden und erfasst. Das Anfordern alter Rechnungen entfällt. Dies ist eine große Erleichterung und Zeitersparnis.
Cons
Die Unterordner erfüllen nicht den gewünschten Zweck. Dies betrifft in unserem Fall die Kreditkartenabrechnung. Es wäre schön, wenn alle Belege in diesen Ordner gelegt werden könnten zur sofortigen buchhalterischen Bearbeitung.

Wir bieten jetzt auch CANDIS Kreditkarten an und die Transaktionen, die damit getätigt werden, werden extra aufgelistet und dann können die Belege entsprechend hinzugefügt werden. Die Finanzabteilung hat dadurch sehr viel Zeit eingespart. Zusätzlich kann man im Homeoffice problemlos arbeiten. In Coronazeiten, wenn alle Mitarbeiter im Homeoffice waren, konnten die Belege nicht abgezeichnet werden. Das war mit Candis vorbei. Die Prozesse wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit ohne Probleme umgestellt.
Pros
Keine Papierflut mehr, deshalb kaum Papierverbrauch. Keine Rechnungseingangstabellen führen. Keine Nachfragen im Team, wo die Rechnungen bleiben. Keine Rechnungsablage mehr. Einfache Prozesse. Implementierung simpel. Für Nichtbuchhalter einfach zu verstehen. Übertrag zu DATEV sehr einfach.

Candis hat nicht nur für Struktur und Ruhe im Unternehmen selbst gesorgt, sondern viel mehr eine Vielzahl von Lebensqualität mit sich gebracht. Anstatt wie vor der Candis Zeit sich stunden und sogar Tage damit zu beschäftigen nicht vorhandene Rechnungen zu besorgen und anschließend diese zu suchen, kann ich diese Zeit jetzt für wertvolle Dinge verwenden. Weiterhin beliebt mir auch durch Candis "PsychoTerror" buchhalterischer Arbeiten erspart! Ich selbst kann gar nicht mehr nachvollziehen, wie ich jemals auf dieses Toll verzichten konnte! DANKE Candis, dass es euch gibt!
