AutoSTRADA is a dealership management software designed to help businesses in the automotive industry host mobile-responsive websites. Administrators can conduct search engine optimization (SEO) audits of various websites to analyze web page rankings.
The platform enables administrators to encrypt visitors’ browsing activities using a secure sockets layer (SSL) certificates. Stakeholders can also manage imports and exports for various third-party businesses and digitally manage inventory on a unified interface. AutoSTRADA allows teams to schedule and post classified advertisements across various marketplaces Craigslist and eBay. Operators can also integrate the system with Facebook Messenger to communicate with customers in real-time.

I couldn’t be happier, it's one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and of course, I have been a long-time client. Every time AST does something it just gets better and I'm totally thrilled.
Pros
The biggest thing for me is that we get a lot of traffic to the website and we get lots of leads. We don't spend as much with Autotrader anymore.
We love that it's responsive so all my customers can see and interact with everything we put up on the website which is big for us because we have lots of shoppers that don't have home computers and use their cellphone for everything.
I'm also not very tech savvy and I have no problem jumping into the site to update things or add pictures so ease of use is a big one for me.
Any time we need an update or are looking for some help with building out a promo on the website customer service is fast to help out even sometimes when we wait till the last minute.
Cons
The only thing I can really come up with is that this system does so much and they are always adding more to it that if you don't set aside some time to learn and use the new stuff you just know you're missing out. I would love if they could add some video tutorials for new features so it would be faster to learn what's new.

Getting AutoSTRADA for my dealership is one of the best decision I've ever made. I've been a longtime client and every time AutoSTRADA changes it just gets better. I'm totally thrilled with it.

I've been a client for quite a few years and we enjoy the website very much, anytime we need an upgrade or any changes we call in and it gets done immediately, the service is fantastic I can't say enough good things about it!
We get a lot of leads through the site, we are in the small town of Taylor and I thought that nobody would ever really go look at a website in a small little town like that but people do it all the time.
We don't actually spend any money on advertising we just use our website, our website is our advertising. Nothing like free leads all day long!
Pros
It was really easy to get set up and the service team is awesome to work with. Our website has become our primary and only advertising for the dealership and we get lots of leads.
Cons
We had an issue uploading images for a couple of vehicles one time so we called them and they were able to help us out. Beyond that anything, we have needed they have taken care quickly.

When we got the demo from representative he showed us where we were ranking in Google and it was not good at all. All of the clients working with them and all of the references we talked to were doing really good and getting high rankings so we decided to give it a try.
