As we built your first study new features were quickly learnt. Whilst feature rich, it isn't overly complicated and has just enough flexibility for our requirements. > > **Cons**: When previewing a form, it would be very, very time productive to be able to edit a question as you preview it. Currently I write changes in a notepad and then go back and make changes on mass. Not time productive. Tables could be presented better and have more robust sorting features (sorting isn't saved between page views). I'd also like to be able to manually drag/sort table rows so I know where I have been when editing multiple forms. Jumping in and out of forms and then back to the forms overview table can be disorientating and take time to readjust. I use a notepad to create manual notes as I do work. Just another extra step. Personally I also would like to be able to turn off the animations (slide up) between page transitions. This can also be disorientating. I would like to be able to create and save custom roles for collaborators. Having to manually pick a custom role every time for multiple people isn't time-productive. There are 'Process show' rules. I would also like 'Process hide' rules. It is possible to hide questions and processes, but it is a bit counter-intuitive and can create complicated workflows. I'd like a Timed-One-Time-Password (TOTP) option for signing in. Also I'd like the flexibility to choose how long it takes until I get logged out.
