If statistically, we assume that 85% to 95% of all transports are regular, this makes non-regular flows a real niche market representing 5% to 15%. However, from a business continuity point of view for your internal customer, this relatively small amount of shipments has a significantly higher exposure in case of failure.
Often we see that large mainstream TMS vendors focus on the mass volumes and therefore on-demand/ premium flows do not get the attention they deserve.
All of our customers have gone through the process of accepting just how different this niche market is from a requirement point of view and so they strive to bring total transparency on real spent which allows them to reduce the number of shipments by working on root cause management and achieve direct cost saving up to 25% (through real-time benchmarking, compliance in vendor selection, and optimization).

Interesting functionnalities but with friction and a abrupt learning curve

I use the transport quote functionality to quote and select forwarder for ad-hoc transport.

I like the transport quoting tool as it make it easier to create, follow and track.
Cons
Unfortunately there is a lot of friction from our forwarder to join Easy4Pro and we often lack choice for road transport quote.
I dislike that some forwarder still send mail outside of easy4pro as this is an unnecessary duplicate of information.
