About Isendu
Isendu is a cloud-based solution designed to help businesses connect and manage online stores, marketplaces, and eCommerce platforms on a unified portal. The platform enables organizations to automatically synchronize order details, handle shipments, calculate shipping prices, and create labels in real-time.
Isendu’s centralized dashboard allows users to manually update order data or import them via CSV or API files, automatically print waybills, book courier pickups, and validate delivery addresses. It lets enterprises define custom rules to generate documentation and streamline shipping operations. Marketing teams can design personalized emails with custom logos, banners, and fonts and send text messages to notify customers about the status of their orders and offer discounts. Administrators can also handle returns and create tracking pages to let customers track their orders.

I send has accelerated our way of fulfilling orders by allowing us to monitor the status of shipments and automatically send the tracking to the customer.
Pros
Exceptional service. It helped us speed up the order fulfillment process. Simple and intuitive interface but the great satisfaction comes from the efficiency of the customer service. Really high quality of service.
Cons
It would be very useful to be able to divide the orders: if a customer buys products from different manufacturers it would be useful to be able to duplicate the order and divide / move the products he has purchased in different orders from which to generate different waybills.

La stampa è veloce e le tariffe dei corrieri possono essere comparate facilmente, dandoci molteplici opzioni. Al cliente arrivano le mail di tracking e stato dell'ordine, rendendolo un software praticamente completo. Posso creare un sacco di templates per i pacchi e lo trovo davvero utile e professionale.
Cons
Per il momento mi sono trovata bene e penso sia uno dei software più validi in questo campo. Forse si potrebbe migliorare la comunicazione fornitore-corriere.
