Pros
We used this platform for the virtual event "Gala". It was very easy to use and I like the part where we customize according to our needs and more over the customer support. They helped in all the way.
Cons
The recording for the room feature was not available at that time. Maybe now they've fixed that.

Pros
Self Management tools, dashboard, ease of control features are really good. We can also test the deployment instantly. Backstage and Networking zones are really nice.
Cons
Not cons, but suggestive feedbacks which they are already working on - Sound Controls and be able to play sounds as well from backstage, be able to play presentations as well from backstage, be able to play changeover graphics from backstage, be able to do voice over announcements as well apart from text announcements.
Need to really improve on the Gaming and Expo Section

This was used for a school reunion. It was attractive because of $5 per user fees. However, costs started creeping up. Here are reasons
1. The demo was done using a animation video. This was the main hook for us to go with zuddl. Only at the end, we realized there are charges for both creating the animation and using the animation. This was the biggest shocker and while I am sure it was unintentional, it was a big let down. Do not show the demo of something which is not covered in the price you quote.
2. Adding users was insanely hard exercise. This could have been as simple as sign in via google or facebook. But you ask to add email IDs, then catgeorize them as attendees, organizers, etc. and then you cannot switch roles. This seemed unnecessarily hard.
3. EVen after adding users, at least 5-10 of them could never use it. THis was a clear bug in the software. Some users get through and some do not. It was a nightmare.
4. Photo/video booth never worked. Great idea but never worked.
Support was great and because of [SENSITIVE CONTENT] we could pull it off but there are many things which could have been done in a better way.
Pros
The fact that it exists. It is serving a big gap which is there for online events. Also, support was almost consistently with us throughout the event.
Cons
To many bugs and too complicated. Simpler things made unncessarily confusing

A new and great way of Video Conferencing
Reviewed on 2022/03/24
Pros
It is a must use product for event organizers, presenters and daily/weekly team meets. Its pricing has been kept on a competitive side. It has rightly captured the virtual events market created by the Covid times. Best in town for virtual events!
Cons
Need to make reminders more customized. It requires a good connection to work properly, which isn't possible at every moment. Besides these, it has no cons.
