Pros
I don't really use the software but it was easy to install. However, your support team is amazing. One of the customer rep has been helping me out the last 2 days and I really felt like he wanted to get this done and even stayed after his normal duty hours to make sure my client was happy. I really cannot thank him enough.
Cons
the only thing that I could even come close to being a con is the fact your company does not have an internal remote software. Dealing with remote access all day I know that my client sometimes barely know how to turn on a computer much less install a program such as team viewer.

Pros
It is pretty straightforward to use and implementation was simple. The reporting is detailed, but simple and it's easy to pull the specific information you need without over or under filtering. The customer service is great too. You actually talk to a local person that makes sure you're comfortable with the solution before you're done with your call.
Cons
As a manager, I like TimeClick and think it's easy to use, but my employees have issues submitting for time corrections. I also wish it could be used by remote employees, but it cannot due to being tied to internal IP address.

Pros
I like being able to see each employees last clock in/out on the dashboard.
Cons
The updated version reports I find confusing because I have to search for the report I need and the older version seemed much simpler. I don't like how the other hours are not calculated into the overtime. Again, maybe I am missing something on one of the reports.

It's a good, sufficient clocking system, we've been happy with it. There are glitches from time to time, but we've felt happy with the value it adds to our company. And we always receive stellar customer service from rep whenever an issue needs to be resolved.
Pros
I love that it gives us the chance to do a little job costing. I think that will definitely add value to the company. I like the ease with which the Admin side of the clock works. It's pretty easy to navigate. (Although my employees do wish they could view their accruals through the clock as well.)
Additionally, I like that the mobile side of the clock allows you to clock in our out from anywhere, for our mobile employees.
Cons
I don't like that once you put in a request for time off, it automatically applies it. I allow my employees to make up their time off within the week, if they so choose, so I don't let them submit time off requests through the clock.
Also, sometimes you go to punch in or out and for some reason it seems like the system glitches and it won't let you. I have a few employees that complain about that occasionally.
