> **Pros**: Risolvo allows easy management of all issues health and safety related, fully user-friendly interface ensures daily management of all system. For managing multiple sites is perfect, the software helps you to respect all deadlines and keeps you updated on internal activities and external news. 
All business information and risk assessment are available, shared with company managers and all users know their deadlines and know their improvement goals.

> **Cons**: The software focuses mainly on health and safety, often I would like more integration between the different management systems,  if the environnement system are present, instead  with regard to Quality, Compliance (all round) and particularly on cost dynamics which are often missing a targeted connection. Also customisations are difficult to implement.

> My experience with Risolvo relates to overall health and safety management, has allowed us to implement a certificated HSE management system according to the main regulations easily and in a shared way. The new internal checklist dynamics allow us to involve all users, implementing a new safety culture.

> **Pros**: La cosa che più mi piace di Risolvo è la possibilità di fare ordine nelle attività da seguire.

> **Cons**: E' un prodotto che richiede un investimento importante da parte dell'Azienda.

> La mia esperienza con Risolvo è positiva, è uno strumento che mi ha permesso di tenere sotto controllo tutte le attività del SPP. Inoltre lo utilizzo durante gli audit di terza parte che in questo periodo di pandemia avvengono da remoto.

> **Pros**: Il metodo proposto è molto valido. Viene assegnato un coach che ti segue passo passo. Sono ancora in fase di implementazione e non posso dare ancora un giudizio per utilizzo a lungo termine ma il software è sicuramente user friendly. E' completo e l'APP su cellulare è un valore aggiunto notevole. Per chi ha già sistemi di gestione è un aiuto in più per facilitare la tranciabilità dei documenti e l'informazione diffusa. Molto valida anche la gestione della manutenzione delle attrezzature tramite QR code.

> **Cons**: Al momento non ho riscontrato controindicazioni o difetti.

> Ho fatto un benchmarking dei principali software proposti nel mercato. Risolvo ha il rapporto qualità/prezzo migliore.  E' strutturato molto bene e di facile approccio.  Molto buona la proposta di licenze divise tra smart e premium in modo che può essere adattata alle varie esigenze delle aziende.  Anche la lista di referenze mi ha aiutato nella scelta.

> **Pros**: Il software è strutturato in modo molto semplice e intuitivo, dispone di un'ampia libreria di istruzioni/help per utilizzare al meglio le varie sezioni, tocca tutti i punti nevralgici per la gestione della sicurezza e dell'ambiente. Iniziare a utilizzarlo ha richiesto poco tempo, si nota che l'architettura è basata sulle esigenze degli utenti HSE che lo utilizzano quotidianamente. Nel caso di grandi banche dati è possibile utilizzare dei file preimpostati per l'inserimento automatico dei dati; questo velocizza molto la fase di compilazione iniziale. La gestione dei rifiuti è ottima, tutte le scadenze (in generale) vengono tenute sotto controllo.

> **Cons**: Per utilizzare al meglio le varie sezioni è fortemente raccomandato acquistare delle sessioni di training dedicate con il team di Risolvo, un costo aggiuntivo ma sicuramente utile per iniziare col piede giusto.

> **Pros**: gestire la sicurezza e l'ambiente come temi ormai ricorrenti, ma anche raccogliere segnalazioni e osservazioni e gestire i segnali deboli prima che generino situazioni di rischio. Integrare in ingresso ed in uscita dati o informazioni di enti aziendali diversi.

> **Cons**: migliorabile la gestione della sorveglianza sanitaria. Migliorabili i profili degli utenti smart.
> 
> Risolvo ha contribuito a strutturare una organizzazione diffusa della sicurezza, non centralizzata ne verticale, ma decisamente piramidale, a tutti i livelli dell'organizzazione.
