This is truly an amazing tool for real-time project management and customer success. We had 0 issues with implementing it; the interface makes complex functionality feel simple to any user; it offers highly customizable workflows; full automation; among many other killer features. We really love Rocketlane, and we're sure the performance and reporting capabilities will catch up with all the wonderfulness soon.
Pros
Rocketlane's ease of use, real-time data and reporting capabilities, task progress tracking, collaboration tools, and customer support features greatly improve productivity, efficiency, and project outcomes.
Cons
The application feels laggy sometimes, and there is room for reporting capability improvements.

Onboarding rocketlane was very easy

Pros
Ease of use. I found it was very intuitive to manage projects and tasks. It was by far one of the best project management tools that i have used. It was also very easy to setup.
It was also very easy to get in touch with their CSM for any queries on the product. Overall i had a great experience with the setup and is saving me a lot of time in keeping track of the project progress.
Cons
Maybe more slicing and dicing around reports and ability to customize them.

Easy to implement, fast to communicate with, and very client friendly. It has been great to minimize the "millions of conversations" with clients across many emails threads and different communication services and to manage comms with remove teams accross many time zones. It is so easy to use and if there are every any struggles, the support team is extremely responsive, so easy to communcaite with and fast to fix.
Pros
Ability to customize to meet the needs of each individual project
Cons
Not able to move tasks accross projects; but you are able to assign projects to the same clients so it is easy to work around. The only thing "missing" is the ability to manage "support" via RL; with that, you could use RL to manage the ENTIRE lifecycle with a client.
