Pros

overall, it has potential to be a solid tool: it has everything you need in a b2b sales crm from pipeline management to cpq.

Cons

the user friendliness or rather, the lack thereof. Visibly, the tool seems something out of the early 2000s. It takes time to learn how to use it and to get comfortable with the workflows. Besides, it's really slow.

You can solve everything with Siebel, from scheduling to modifying contracts. A great tool.

Cons

Not intuitive of friendly at all. Had to be trained in this tool.
