TestDirectly is a web-based patient engagement portal that allows medical laboratories and first care facilities to directly connect with patients and provide convenient, safe, and accurate testing. This platform can be used by patients, physicians, government agencies, employers, and schools, connecting them with laboratories and collection centers for direct-to-consumer and organizational testing.
This portal can integrate with any Laboratory Information (LIS) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems. It includes LIS functionality and it supports patient and family self-registration and scheduling, capacity management, specimen collection, specimen tracking and processing, billing, and compliance. Another feature includes automated report delivery via email, SMS, portal, or interface, and automated reporting to public health departments and agencies in every state.

Pros
The software is very user friendly. I was most impressed with the response from the architect team when we were in desperate need of support due to issues with the platform. The Team also does a wonderful job of providing training when we request it and always following through on business process changes.
Cons
It would be great for data purposes to have demographics as a more robust feature in the information collection.

It gave us the ability to tie a pt portal with our LIS, which allowed us to scale quickly.

Pros
Test Directly has a very user-friendly format. It is fairly easy for customers to make an account, and from the tester's side, it is easy to navigate, and if there are any glitches, they are responded to quickly. I like being able to see results right away, not only for our organization, but for the customer as well. One of the most important aspects to a company, in my opinion, is customer service & theirs is wonderful! They are easy to get ahold of and quick to respond which is very much appreciated.
Cons
Once in a great while there would be a glitch, but it was always handled with speed and that always gave me piece of mind - that I could get ahold of someone in a timely manner if I did have a problem or a question that I needed handled right away.
