We scrape product data from suppliers and import them to our ecommerce and sync their prices and stock availability, and we do so even though our suppliers that fall into the scraping category do not provide XML or API but do have worthy products!
Pros
We use Octoparse to scrape product data from some of our suppliers that do not provide XML or API and import them to our ecommerce. We like the IP rotation feature because even the suppliers that provide XML or API block our requests, especially image links when we are trying to scrape them and download them, so IP rotation prevents us from this when we scrape data from users that do not provide XML/API.
Cons
The free plan is limited to low number of crawlers and concurrent runs as well as 10.000 records per export. It does not affect the companies though because companies like ours use the Standard or Professional plan.

Pros
It's a more accessible way to scrape data and it's easy to use, even for beginners. The team is also responsive to my concerns.
Cons
I'm still navigating through the tool and so far, I wish there are some features such as an "undo" button.

Pros
Pretty good set of features. That's all I can say about it.
Cons
Company is in China. If you need support you can't get it during the business day in the US. So support is you send one email on monday, they email you overnight, you email them tuesday, it is sooooo slow to make any progress on an issue.

My overall experience has been good. I've been able to use the tool to scrape the sites I needed. Support has been very good as well.
Pros
When configured properly, it works. So far, I've not come across a site I could not parse with OctoParse.
Cons
It's can be extremely difficult to configure correctly. This may just be the nature of the beast, but for some sites it's definitely a task to get the right configuration set up.

Customer support is very quick and reliable. Able to solve issues quickly with a thorough explanation.
Cons
No PDF support. There are times where super basic and the super complicated sites are not easy to capture.
