Userfriendly system. Can be properly configured to the desired functionality of the company.
Cons
Reporting tools. Standard reports (light version) do not provide the desired information I need

What I bought the programme for, it works fine and meets the requirements.
What I bought the programme for, it works fine and meets the requirements.
Pros
It is a not too complicated programme that meets expectations and requirements just fine. Furthermore, it has some tools that set you apart, such as the digital mechanic. Useful in the field. Price-wise, it is also an attractive one.
Cons
The programme does not have a report generator, which I find a shortcoming. Beyond the standard reports, additional reports are created by the support department at no further cost.

Pros
The simplicity, It is very easy to make an overview of all assets within our company.
Cons
Sometimes we experience duplicate work orders that we cannot properly explain. But this is always solved through the handy chat function within 20 minutes.

Pros
the maintenance scheduling, and the McMain device management works very well. McMain is very easy to set up without any knowledge of maintenance software.
Cons
no idea really, just that it is addictive to keep track of everything in the system.
