> **Cons**: Modification of the product can take a loooot of time, due to needing to work with GradLeaders staff to make many of the necessary changes. They are very helpful, however, having easy access to make small modifications would be a big time-saver.

> GradLeaders did allow us to have a database to host some core functions of our office. But my recommendation would be to invest a bit more in an alternate product to increase efficiencies and provide a greater array of opportunities to enhance services, data collection, and communication.
