> **Pros**: For years, I have had to use multiple products to try to get the information that I need to run, analyse my business.  Of course, none of those products talk to each other.  So not only does this prevent triple or quadruple entry of data, but I can actually get reporting from my data now.  Additionally, the task management of this software has been life-changing for me and my team.

> **Pros**: I cannot imagine working without Outlaw. Between the God's eye view it gives of each client, seamless integration of task management \& invoicing, and simplicity of use, you simply will not find a better product for the price.

> **Cons**: It needs an aesthetic overhaul. As a product, it works nearly flawlessly. But between the vanilla color palettes and almost Windows 98-esque presentation, it feels more like the endoskeleton of a T-800 cyborg, rather than \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] motorcycle-riding Terminator. These criticisms are purely aesthetic, though.

> **Pros**: For my role specifically, I like the task management system and right along with that is the time tracking\!  Also, the way Outlaw is able to manage and maintain the information we obtain from the leads and the clients with their cases. Another thing that I like is the tracking if “red flags.”  This has been very beneficial in being able to determine if  PNCs are a higher risk, and therefore allow us not to take those particular PNCs on. 

However, when I assist with invoicing, I am impressed with the ease of creating invoices and  especially thrilled with the options that we have in creating different formats if invoices: detailed, narrative and court ready.

> My experience has been exceptional. The product is an all in one product at an amazingly low price\!   In addition, I like that I have the support I need.  I get a response quickly if/when I reach out to the support team.
