Very useful and user friendly

Pros
Easy to implement, and to use. We are three users, not all of them are digital natives, but everyone found it very easy to use.
The homepage summarizes perfectly the financial situation of the company: paid, due and pending invoices, and payment delay. moreover, you can connect your bank and the payments are automatically associated with the invoices.
Last but not least: the customer service is very friendly and responsive
Cons
I thought texting was going to be an option soon when I signed up, but it still isn't.
Iwould like some more features : the ability to customize dunning dates for certain customers, the ability to suspend and resume dunning for all invoices.
