Decent, Facebook or Meta is the largest social media so you have to learn how to use it, it has everything you can need which is good but it is so badly organized and if you do not use it daily, you will be surprised how much the system changes when you log in back after the while and not for the better.

Pros

The Pros is that Facebook has everything you can think of, you could even say too much, which at a certain extent is great.

Cons

In my opinion the Cons are the same as the Pros, too many things which is good but badly organized, many things are on different parts of the page that it makes it hard to manage.

I like it for the moment, it is a plus for people who want to have their networks active but have little time to publish content constantly.

Pros

I use it to manage the content in my business. I organize the content so that it is uploaded at a specific time and that way I can always have my networks organized and up to date for my clients.

Cons

My only complaint at the moment is that there are some elements that cannot be scheduled. I would also like to see more things added to be scheduled.

Necessary and Amazing but Customer Service Lacks

I use Facebook Business Suite regularly. It's hard to imagine working in Marketing without it.

Pros

It's hard to imagine running a business without using Facebook Business Suite in some capacity. It's a wildly powerful tool.

Cons

Meta customer service, in general, is terrible and difficult to reach. It's a great product as long as everything is working correctly but if you experience an issue or glitch, it's a nightmare.
