Overall experience is above expectations. I find entire team of gupshup very customer centric and readily available to solve problems.
Pros
1) The product is simple to use, the design of their console is very intuitive and easy to understand.
2) Their APIs are well designed and consistent. This reduced the engineering effort and investment.
Cons
Although design is very clean, I think folks can add more analytical tools for giving more insights on user behaviour, interaction and errors. This insight currently is made available on request basis.

Pathetic After Sales Support and pricing of the product for SME is not justified

Pros
-Product keeps improving every now and then
-Sales Team is quick and responsive
-Reliable product with almost zero downtime
-Super wonderful Onboarding Process
Cons
-One of the worst after-sales support I have experienced in my life.
-Queries are responded to in days and not hours.
-No one will take accountability or ownership of the query.
-Billings/Accounts Team is super inefficient.
-Even a simple query will take at least a week to resolve.
-Multiple emails exchanged in asking silly questions stretching the resolution time.
