My experience with Deel has been overwhelmingly positive. It's an excellent solution for businesses looking to simplify global hiring and payments. The platform is reliable, the customer support is responsive, and it has significantly reduced the complexities associated with international payroll.
Pros
Deel's platform is incredibly user-friendly and efficient. I especially appreciate how streamlined and straightforward the payment processing is. It has made managing international payroll a breeze, and the support for various currencies is invaluable. The automation features have saved me significant time and effort.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't encountered any significant issues with Deel so far. Perhaps a wider range of reporting features could be beneficial for deeper financial analysis, but overall, I'm very satisfied.

The UI of deel is much easier than other. Furthermore, the tools/features are more complete and we can track our history of work and payment
Cons
There is a "financial" feature that I suggest to be like the other feature since this "financial" feature is more likely like we are opening a new tab.

Pros
Mostly easy to use platform, very responsive support team.
Cons
PTO calculation led to a lot of confusion and discrepancies between the platform, what I had noted down, and what support was seeing on their end. This led to a lot of hassle when my contract ended, and it took a long time to resolve.

It’s a really fast way to send money and the platform it’s easy to use
Cons
Through swift it’s a bit expensive to get money because the fees from the banks are high. However through bank transfer it’s a great upgrade
