One of the most special features of MOCO Agentursoftware is its reporting and analytics capabilities. The software provides detailed insights into project performance, resource utilization, and financials, allowing me to make data-driven decisions and optimize my agency's operations.

Pros

I have been using MOCO Agentursoftware as my go-to tool for agency management and have found it to be a reliable and powerful software. One of the things I like most about MOCO is its comprehensive suite of features. It allows me to manage projects, track time, generate invoices, and collaborate with my team members, all from one centralized platform.

Cons

However, one thing that I don't like about MOCO is its user interface, which can be a bit overwhelming and complex for new users. It takes some time to get used to the interface and learn how to use all the features effectively.

Pricing, functions, support and Made in Switzerland.

Cons

At the moment, I cannot find anything I do not like. There are always new functions coming up.

ITS VERY EASY TO INTERACT WITH FRIENDS NA DRELATIVES WHILE ENJOYING DIFFERENT GAMES IN THE PLATFORM THUS MAKING IT enjoyable while using the app

Every feature in the app is very wonderful and nice keep the good work just reduce the download capacity from the google store to making it easy to download and install

Pros

Gut zu bedienen und straight-forward.
Die Komplexität des Themas wird ohne Zusatzkomplexität des Programms abgebildet.

Cons

Ich bin am überlegen und dabei schon bei kleinen Details angekommen.... Ich will hier nicht etwas Suchen was nicht passt ;-)

Ach Gott, das war so kompliziert und wenn man einen Funktionserweiterung vorgeschlagen hat, kam umgehend eine Offerte mit einer Kostenbeteiligung.

Seit ich MOCO nutze (seit Mai 2018), habe ich meine Geschäftsprozesse stark vereinheitlichen und damit vereinfachen können. MOCO hat seitdem viele Verbesserungen erfahren – man hört dort einfach auf seine Nutzer. Mein Rechnungs- und Mahnwesen läuft wie geschmiert, die Zeiterfassung fließt direkt in die Rechnungen ein, Verwaltung von Budgets und externen Kosten, all dies unter einem Dach. Passt für mich perfekt.

Pros

Die Oberfläche ist der Hammer. Super intuitiv, funktioniert auch reibungslos auf dem Tablet von unterwegs, alle Projekte, Angebote, Infos, etc. immer dabei und sofort handlungsfähig, wenn's mal brennt. Die Zeiterfassung, gerade wenn man nach tatsächlichen Jobs abrechnet, ist fabelhaft, Rechnung erstelle ich mit angehängter Jobliste, Versand direkt aus MOCO, einfacher geht's nicht. Per Mail werde ich zusätzlich erinnert, dass Rechnungen überfällig sind oder Aquiseanrufe anstehen.

Cons

Ich würde gern beim Rechnungsversand aus dem System heraus weitere Anhänge hinzufügen. Chat mit dem Support ergab: Man arbeitet dran. Ich kann also nix Negatives berichten, denn die MOCO-Leute sind wirklich mit Spaß und Enthusiasmus an ihrem Produkt!

Schwerpunkt lag hier (Stand 2018) stärker auf der Buchhaltung und weniger auf der Projektverwaltung mit angeschlossener Buchhaltung – also eher umgekehrt, wie ich es benötige.
