In my case, I was charged for a campaign that recorded “no plays” in their own dashboard. I even verified this by standing at the board in person, confirming the ad did not appear. When I raised the concern, the response was not to investigate the gap between spend and delivery but to suggest I had misunderstood how the system works. I was given a refund but only framed as a goodwill gesture, not as recognition of a system flaw. This leaves the impression that there is no clear documented process when spend is deducted without delivery, which is worrying for any advertiser. > > The concept is excellent, and I would have loved to continue working with CAASie because the platform has real potential for businesses that need affordable, accessible out-of-home advertising. However, as soon as I queried why spend had been deducted for a campaign that showed “no plays,” my account was closed. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue and restore confidence, the experience was positioned as an “expectation mismatch.” That left me feeling dismissed rather than reassured.
