Every single time I want to add a candidate, I have to manually type or copy-paste all their details and resume info into the system. When you're doing high-volume hiring, this wastes hours of my week. On top of that, the platform's reliability is bad. The whole service just crashes and goes down for a few hours at least a couple of times a month, leaving the HR team completely stuck.
