From a copy and paste integration into our website to allow for online bookings and payments to inventory management and maintenance abilities. Without these functions integrated into one platform we would have to create and manage multiple spreadsheets and diaries. We are a small family run business and BRM allows us to be agile by keeping operations simple but offers our customers a level of professionalism expected from a large corporate outfit. > > **Cons**: I would like more functionality within the reports section. Would like to be able to pull data on cost per asset. cost vs revenue per asset line. Also you cannot report a service entry without the service level resetting to 100.
