My overall experience with Noteable is extremely positive. We finally found a software that we are happy with and that is moving in the positive direction to being a complete system that meets all our needs.

Pros

Noteables customer service is far and away the best I've experienced and is by far what I like best. They have taken countless hours to help us through issues and are always available to assist with any questions we have.

Cons

Noteable is fairly new and is still working out some of the kinks but they are open to our suggestions and will often apply those to the system as they perform updates.

We have had a great experience. We have made recommendations, and they have been taken into consideration. [sensitive content hidden] is great and very personable! Our staff likes noteable because they are able to maneuver it easily. I have recommended them to other business owners.

Pros

Noteable is very user friendly, and the staff are always there to help when you need them.

Cons

Some of the upgrades are not as suitable for our agency/clients that we serve so we aren't able to enjoy them.

I continue to receive remarkable service with Noteable. I definitely encourage other service providers and businesses to invest in their product.

Pros

What I liked most about Noteable as a worker was my ability to access and retrieve information and not spend most of my time trying to learn how to operate the system. As a business owner, I can have templates done promptly and efficiently. I can send out a request at midnight, and later that morning, I will receive a response to my email with the request completed or with questions to ensure that it is done correctly.

Cons

If I was to have a compliant, it would be office hours. However, this is not an inconvience as they communicate with you in different forms, but the best is translated via email and they respond immediately. Once they receive your request, they will work past operational time to ensure that it is completed to your satisfaction.

Pros

[sensitive content hidden] has been great with the hands on communication to build a site that we could fully utilize. I am able to track clients and staff in one place from anywhere.

Cons

I feel like there are some updates that that would make Noteable a one stop shop. An online video feature would help my clinical team communicate with clients. This feature would also help help with staff as well where we could communicate for meetings and supervision. A notification feature would be great where the staff had an email or text feature that notified them when an administrator wants it to.

It allows for discreet supervision and even lets you capture signatures on shared documents in real-time. One of our support team members has reached out to you to help you enable this feature. Very good experience. I can usually figure out something I do not know by looking around (or actually looking at the instructions!) because of the simplicity (but high functionality) of the system. Also, my representative ([sensitive content hidden]) is very easy to reach, to schedule appointments with, and very knowledgeable about the system so he answers questions quickly and follows up in a timely fashion. Very pleased to get to work with him.

Pros

The simplicity and straightforwardness of the forms. Also, minimal navigating to get to a client file which is the main use of the system - ease of access is built into the program.

Cons

The one issue I would like to see changed is that there is no ability to move back to other notes/sessions when I have a current form open. I have to open another tab and log into Noteable a second, third, and fourth time each time I want to review a past session with a current or other past session note page open. I would like to navigate between current and past sessions under one tab.

As for the multiple note view, from the client chart or the report finder area you'll be able to bundle notes and scroll through several sessions in one window rather than having to have all the tabs open to accomplish this task.
