> **Pros**: Excellent customer service and very easy to get hold of knowledgeable members of staff when required. Surpass staff make the effort to make their customers feel valued and listened to.

> **Cons**: Custom development within the core platform can be slow and expensive, however they do their best to understand customer requirements prior to development.

> We've worked with Surpass and their software for over 15 years, so they must be a good outfit to retain customers for this length of time. We've used the software to deliver over 100,000 high stakes examinations alongside formative assessments, in both English and Welsh.

The numerous features that are being added.
The numerous delivery options.

Some  unusual limitations i.e. not being able to delete something without first doing something else.
