    Overall package!! Love the team spirit . For any institution or university, today a CRM is needed by default. University marketers bring in so much of value in the data driven CRM and its use in communication

    1. Friendly UI even for new employee.

    The number of leads were high for cratio to manage in terms of user interface. It was a bit hard to filter leads and monitor. But if you see the costing part, Extraedge is costlier than cratio.

Marketing Campaigns can be done in bulk so that all communication can be reached to all the registered leads at the same time. Generating reports related to lead status can be downloaded from CRM as per our requirement at ease
