Useful tool for account management

Pros
Catalyst is a useful tool for customer account management. My team is able to easily track the health of our customer accounts, as well as most recent interactions and touchpoints. I also like that this platform integrates with our Salesforce CRM, making it easier for our team to engage with our customers and keep sentiment positive.
Cons
Catalyst sometimes takes more than one business day to sync our information to-and-from the Salesforce CRM. Often our team is waiting for Catalyst updates to publish in our CRM tool, so data does not always match up from one system to another.

When I first joined this company they were already using Catalyst, and I really liked it. But the reliability issues were crippling to us, so we ended up changing softwares last year.
Pros
This program was my first experience with digital data collection, and I liked the overall operation of it when it was working consistently.
Cons
It failed to work often, leaving us unable to access our past data or collect data for a current session.
