About Planery

Planery helps entrepreneurs and personnel planners to create an error-free duty schedule, which fits the needs of their employees and their business.
Furthermore, Planery offers a clock in / clock out function which the employees can use on their smartphone or on a hardware terminal depending on their role and authorization.

The managers can supervise these time stamps whereby Planery automatically checks the working time and gives feedback on any transgression. As a result, all legal regulations are complied with and the working hours are always available for payroll accounting.

The absence management can be done online with Planery so there is no more need for complicated printed out forms. The employees can apply for their own vacation days and the manager can approve or disapprove. Moreover, the vacation account and all absences are easily manageable with Planery. As a result, the planning time can be reduced and employee satisfaction can be increased with Planery.

Pros

Planery vereint die drei wesentlichen HR-Features Dienstplanung, Zeiterfassung und Urlaubsverwaltung in einem Produkt. Alles arbeitsrechtlich sauber, alle Kollektivvertraglichen Bestimmungen werden abgedeckt und der Support steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite...

Cons

Evtl. könnte noch eine Spesenabrechnung sowie eine Leistungszeiterfassung integriert werden. Habe aber schon vernommen, dass in die Richtung was geplant ist ;-)

Planery ist ein gr0ßartiges Produkt für uns: Chats zwischen Mitarbeiterinnen, Dienstplanung, Stempeln, Urlaubskalander, Adresse und Kontodetails, Zeitmodelle, wir verwenden in unserem Team alle Funktionen und alle Rollen. Funktioniert top und der Kundenservice ist flott und hilfreich. Neue Mitarbeiterinnen sind einfach einzuschulen im Planery, und generell ist es einfach und logisch zu bedienen.

Pros

Leicht zu bedienen, individualisierbar, logisch, und super Kundenservice

Cons

Alles bestens! Manchmal finde ich in die FAQs nicht das wonach ich suche, aber dafür ist der Chat immer schnell und hilfreich. Was im Chat nicht geklärt wurde, wird von Planery selbst intern weitergeleitet und mit einer Mailrückmeldung abgeklärt.

Durch Planery hat sich das Zeitinvestment in die Stundenaufzeichnung und Mitarbeiterabrechnung mindestens halbiert. Auch durch das Anlegen verschiedener Bereiche wissen meine Teleagents zu jeder Zeit welches Projekt gerade zu telefonieren ist. Wir können den Dienstplan nach Bereiche ausdrucken und haben immer eine tolle Übersicht. Auch die Kostenberechnung ist wirklich toll!

Pros

Die Software ist sehr bedienerfreundlich, der Support ist absolut spitze und die angebotenen Features reichen für unsere Belange bei Weitem aus.

Cons

Das man die Abwesenheiten in der Vergangenheit nicht direkt beim Dienstplan eintragen konnte - dies wurde aber dazu programmiert - also finde ich momentan die Software perfekt :-)

Einfach und übersichtlich

Pros

Wir haben ein mit Fingerprint einfach zu bedienendes Zeiterfassungssystem gesucht und sind mit Planery sehr zufrieden! Wir benützen es nur zur Stundenabrechnung! Bei den Urlaubsanträgen kann man sofort in der Übersicht sehen ob man dem Antrag statt gibt oder ob schon ein anderer Arbeitnehmer in dieser Zeit abwesend ist! Des weiteren ist man über alle Abwesenheiten wie Krankenstand, Zeitausgleich, Arztbesuch usw. bestens übersichtlich informiert.

Cons

Wir würden uns wünschen das der Urlaubsanspruch in Stunden abgerechnet werden könnte!

Übersichtliche Darstellung der gestempelten Zeiten / Infos per Mail bei Urlaubsanträgen etc.

Cons

Urlaubstage stimmen oft nicht überein, bin aber nicht sicher ob es Planery oder an uns liegt :)

Bezüglich der Berechnung der Urlaubstage bei Planery. Man kann drei unterschiedliche Zeitpunkte zur Urlaubsaufbuchung wählen. Den Jahresbeginn, das Eintrittsdatum des Mitarbeiters ins Unternehmen und den Anstellungsbeginn des Mitarbeiters bei Planery. Wenn man hier unterschiedliche Einstellungen je Mitarbeiter wählt oder das Zeitmodell (hier bezieht der Mitarbeiter seinen jährlichen Arbeitsanspruch) häufig wechselt, kann es schon einmal unübersichtlich werden. Gerne könnt ihr in so einem Fall unseren Support um Rat bitten.
