Pros

Braze has all you need to run engage, retain, and convert your mobile app users - from detailed segmentation to running workflows and multivariate testing with multiple messages across Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messages, News Feed Cards, SMS, and more. It also has an amazing customer support team and a thriving user community on Slack which is active daily with helping each other with various use cases!

Cons

The only drawback is the lack of detailed reporting in some areas like general Email statistics for which you would need to export your data to an external BI / Analytics solution in order to get in-depth reporting.

Braze SDK not very easy

Pros

It has a bunch of features and does what it promises, it can relate users id, it manages the notification correctly and they are easy to implement.

Cons

The Android SDK sometimes crashes, and they don't give priority to client problems, there was a time out production product start crashing a lot because of Braze problems.

In the less than a year we've been using it, they've listened to our feedback and made the platform better. This shows how well they pay attention to users, making the experience great. It's easy to use, gives us all the tools we need, and has really improved our work quality.

Pros

The best thing about Braze is how easy it is to use. We have a team with different levels of experience, and some are new to email marketing platforms. It was important to have a platform that's easy to learn, and Braze gives us that. It's intuitive and user-friendly, so we got comfortable with it quickly.

Cons

One thing I don't like about Braze is that it doesn't have an auto-save feature. An auto-save feature would be helpful to prevent losing our work in case of unexpected issues like browser failures. It could save us a lot of time if there's any accidental loss of work.

Useful for Newsletters

Pros

I think the newsletter template layout is very clear and user-friendly. It has lots of features but you don't feel overwhelmed by them every time you log on. Allows me to write newsletters quickly and efficiently without worrying about loads of set-up and formatting.

Cons

It needs some form of automatic saving or in-template saving. You have to click out of the editor and then save separately to actually ensure your work isn't lost - really frustrating if you accidentally close the window for whatever reason! Would also love the option to "view in browser"
