It has been exceptional. I am so glad that I hired them and I'm confident that their program and support will help me grow my business.
Pros
The team is always helpful and patient with me, I am treated with respect, valued and encouraged.
Cons
There is nothing that disatisfies me. The team has addressed any concerns or questions that I have had and they are always available to schedule any needed appointments. In addition their response time to my emails is fast, and that's important to me.

Happy with the product so far, and the customer service is very reactive and helpful.

Pros
Easy to set up and use for both the coach and their clients. Covers all 'must have' for an online training platform. Includes a custom website to promote and sell services.
Cons
Does not integrate with popular nutrition tracking apps such as MyFitness Pal (they have their native Nutrition tracking which works well but required clients to switch to this if they used MyFitness Pal before)

Pros
I really like the different options they give trainers for programs and how easy it is to use.
Cons
I don’t think adding the “explore button” should cost an additional 50 a month, seems a little high.

Simple to use and great design. Everything is easily accessible and clients enjoy it.
Cons
You can’t integrate to My Fitness Pal. This would be a game changer.

Amazing, using fitbudd makes creating clients programmes, tracking their meals & staying in touch with them so much easier. I've tried every possible coaching app before fitbudd and fitbudd was tje best option for me in all areas.
Pros
Built in food tracker & macro/calorie counter
Cons
Could improve certain areas such as the workout section & try to improve speed within the app as it does seem to freeze fairly often.
