> **Pros**: Nothing beats TVEyes when it comes to capturing every single time your organization is mentioned on TV news. This can be very helpful, but also tends to flood your inbox with teases and other short mentions.

> **Cons**: Not a lot of features or analytics. Also not much there for anything other than TV.

> Customer service is top notch, and for tv monitoring, it is the best. Just wish they had more features, reporting and analytics.

> **Pros**: TVEyes does a solid job of identifying and serving up broadcast media coverage based on easy-to-enter search terms in the dashboard.

> **Cons**: The single worst thing about TVEyes, and what will ultimately be its downfall unless it's corrected, is the absolutely atrocious editing tools that are built into the site. Cutting down a clip to its most usable form is an exercise in frustration and time wasting.

> The people at TVEyes try to be helpful, but the overall experience of using it as a daily tool is astoundingly aggravating.
