About Narvar

Narvar is a cloud-based post-purchase customer experience platform, which enables businesses to track orders, streamline returns and exchanges, and communicate with customers through messaging.

The application enables owners to build custom tracking pages based on shipment status and customer’s region. Supervisors can monitor delivery exceptions and recommend products and marketing assets to consumers. Narvar helps businesses estimate the time between pick-up and delivery and configure fulfilment rules.

Buyers can use the branded portal to handle returns and exchanges, schedule pick-ups, and receive refund notifications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Users can also define return flows, policies, and fees for different customer segments or product categories.

Pros

Super easy to use product. Their dashboard provides key insights into the tracking data as well customizing the landing page.

Cons

Integrating with Magento was a bit rough but from our end, mainly due to the fact we were operating on an older version. Narvar is only compatible with the latest versions of softwares which is manageable

Pros

Easy to navigate on the Narvar dashboard

Cons

Customer support is nearly non-existent. Our Mobile page shows a poor quality graphic, bad resolution. We've been asking for direction on how to fix this, several months later, no solution even to-date.

Great for returns

Pros

Using Narvar Returns & Exchanges with Shopify is a dream. You can set up and easily manage all of your return rules, restrictions, exceptions, refund rules, and more all within the app on Shopify. They make it easy to customize your returns experience and manage and search initiated returns.

Cons

We run into a lot of issues with their order tracking and have stopped using Notify for tracking emails because of this and other limitations. Their reporting and analytics tool is also not my favorite but it gets the job done (mostly).
