> **Pros**: It is a user-friendly platform after you download the software. It’s very easy to mess around on it create the rewards and points system that you like and the customer service teams are very helpful. I haven’t had an issue so far.

> **Cons**: The one thing that I did not like about reward up is that they are linked with clover to utilize the full software. You will need the clover POS, but I manage to work around that with my own iPad so far so you can also.

> All in all, it’s a solid platform. I have been searching for two weeks, trying to find a software and a rewards program for my customers and reward of it is the first one that didn’t feel like a scam or didn’t feel like all they cared about is your money they gently want to help you and they will try their hardest. I recommend you give them a chance you won’t be disappointed.
