Know what you actually have. One real-time stock figure across every channel, warehouse and currency means fewer oversells, fewer emergency reorders, and no more deciding what to buy from a spreadsheet that was accurate last Tuesday.

Know what you actually earn. Landed costs allocated across freight, duty and handling, valued on Moving Average Cost and recalculated on every receipt, mean your margin reports reflect what goods really cost to get to your warehouse. Provisional costs update when the
final freight invoice arrives, and the valuation follows on its own.

Close the month faster. Invoices and bills sync to Xero or QuickBooks Online as they are created, and a dedicated inventory ledger posts valuation, stock on hand, COGS and GR/IR for you. There are no manual journals to write, and every figure in your accounts traces back to the document in Qoblex that created it, so your accountant can see where each number came from and audits get simpler.

Sell on more channels without adding headcount. Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and a built-in B2B portal all run off the same stock, pricing and purchasing. Wholesale customers place their own orders against their own price lists, which takes the order entry off your
team.

Handle date-sensitive stock with confidence. Serial, batch and expiry tracking with expiry alerts cover food, beverage, supplements, cosmetics and other regulated products, so you can answer a traceability question without digging through paperwork.

It's also the only sensible software for integration with Xero, a major feat considering the other players in the inventory management category
