I think its good, but need to use it more to have final conclusion

I am appalled by the unethical business practices of Voluum Software and their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. If you are considering using their services, I implore you to avoid them at all costs. Allow me to share my infuriating experience with this deceitful company.When I signed up for Voluum's basic plan, I expected to have access to all the features they advertised. However, much to my dismay, the most crucial feature I needed was conveniently locked behind a higher-priced plan. It is an outright scam to lure customers with false promises only to restrict essential features unless they pay more.Incredibly frustrated and feeling deceived, I immediately requested a refund, as I had no intention of upgrading to the higher plan. However, my request was met with nothing but resistance and stubbornness from Voluum Software. They callously refused to refund my hard-earned money, even though it was abundantly clear that their basic plan was inadequate for my needs.I strongly urge you to explore other alternatives that prioritize honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Voluum Software is a prime example of a company that fails to meet even the most basic ethical standards. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment I have endured by steering clear of this untrustworthy and unscrupulous company.
