When you send a form to request a signature, many times the client will not receive it, sometimes they get it after sending it a few times. This is crucial for therapists since we cant start seeing a client without signed consent. Also, the record feature is quite limited, all you have for clinical notes is a notepad-like space, very minimal and client information is scattered, for instance, you have to go to different areas of the app and search all forms submitted by all clients to see if a client filled and signed a form there is no individual client record to access their info. Despite profi shortcomings, I am confident that this will be one of my best app investments in the long run, the team inspires confidence for sure. > > Great overall experience, considering value for cost, I use it almost daily with my clients in my small practice and I'm sure offering a professional-lookin scheduling platform inspires confidence in my clients and makes their life easier too.
