The setup process was fast and straightforward, and very easy to understand. All user data was backed up quickly for an organization of our size. Every time we email a question it's answered quickly and clearly - additionally SysCloud is proactive and initiates periodic check-ins to get ahead of problems with our environment. SysCloud representatives are knowledgeable, down to earth, and extremely easy to work with. For them, it's all about the customer experience and protection of the data they store for us. Great product, great service, great experience.
Pros
Simplicity of use - Locating user files and restoring them is fast and easy. We especially like how we can restore files from a user no longer with the organization to an active user such as a direct supervisor.
Cons
We would like the ability to erase data ourselves instead of putting in a ticket with SysCloud, however it's a small use case - we have yet to run into this specific need.

We started with SysCloud in 2021 and the setup was very simple and processes were quick to complete. The team [sensitive content hidden] were with me thru the entre process to ensure all went well. The applications is very reliable and easy to use. The team has also been very helpful when it comes to pricing and other account details. Great team working for a great company. Sure glad that I found them or they found me.
Pros
SysCloud offers a very reliable backup service that relieves you from the worry about Google accounts. It requires almost no interactions from me. The recovery component is also a great tool that is provided. I have only used it twice but having it is great. Perhaps what I like best is that is does exactly what it is supposed to do and [sensitive content hidden] didn't oversell the product. They were straight with form the start. That is a big PLUS>
Cons
I don't really have any "cons" to speak of. I have been fortunate to have been able to work with [sensitive content hidden] since the beginning. They are both great and I am glad they are my contacts. If there have been any shortcomings when using SysCoud, it was due to my error in the proper use of the application.

The customer support is fantastic! They check in every 3 months and were super helpful getting setup in the beginning. I've never had a company care that much about our little organization.
Pros
It's very easy to login with SSO via Google . Friendly interface.
Cons
Sometimes I can't seem to find archived emails or docs and it takes a very long time to recover documents or email.

Pros
I liked the pricing to have our Google data backed up. I have been using this software for over 3 years. It backs up all of my Google information. It is set and forget. It is easy to find and restore data.
Cons
Sometimes emails don't show previews. Also restoring data seems to take a while.
