BugReplay records your screen and automatically captures all the technical data that engineers need to diagnose and fix issues fast. Designed for software engineers, QA and customer support agents, and product managers, BugReplay saves you time with exceptional bug reporting and issue tracking technology.
The report includes the screen recording synchronized with javascript logs, network traffic, server logs and exceptions, and environmental details on your browser and machine. That means it doesn't matter how tech-savvy your team is. You won't have to ask such questions as "what operating system do you use?" OR "do you have cookies enabled?" OR "can you show me your devtools console?" All the information you need will be right there.
BugReplay makes it super easy to communicate with your team, through audio, video, and textual annotations. You can narrate the video with your mic or camera, or you can leave time-synched comments throughout the video.
The product is available everywhere: on all the major web browsers (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, and Opera); as a mobile app on iOS and Android; and as a desktop app on Mac, Windows, and Linux. The desktop app gives you the ability to store all the reports locally on your machine instead of in the cloud, for extra privacy.
We provide an array of project management tools that bring issue tracking to a whole new level, including status tracking, , reporting, archiving, and more.
We offer integrations with many PM tools, like Slack, Jira, Zapier, Trello, and Asana. We also offer more technical integrations, including Papertrail, Sentry, Bugsnag, Postman, Swagger, and ReadyAPI. These integrations allow you to incorporate all the other data that you might have from other vendors directly into your BugReplay bug report.
If you have your own customers or clients (endusers), you can use our "Feedback" tool to easily request detailed bug reports from people outside your team. All you have to do is send out an email through our platform, and the recipient can create a BugReplay bug report without the need to ever create an actual BugReplay account. All these externally submitted reports will show up in your dashboard.

Saved Me Time, The Most Valuable Thing

We have a branch that is currently creating a software product for public use, and BugReplay has been invaluable in helping test and find the bugs in that product. Our whole dev team are huge fans, as am I!
Pros
It saves me so much time for debugging and getting our products fixed. Instead of the old debugging process, which was: ping the developer, ask them to remote into my computer, try and recreate the bug, fail a couple of times, finally recreate it, have them dig into the logs and figure out why and where it was happening, and then finally fix it. Now I just click a button, record the bug, fill out some details, and send it in.
Cons
From my perspective, there aren't a lot of cons to this software, more nitpicky things. At first, I didn't like the lack of integrations but over the last couple of months they've added more of my favorites (like Zapier) so I can't complain there. Their customer service is also excellent and thoroughly answers my questions too. I could do with more blog posts though - those are always fun, but infrequent!

Pros
Bugreplay greatly reduces misunderstandings between developers and QA engineers. The Bugreplay screen recording usually contains the entire necessary context for solving any issue.
Cons
Chorus uses Okta to manage all of its users. Bugreplay only supports google login currently. SSO login will be a great addition to Bugreplay!

Pros
Simplified and improved our interactions from the entire team, when interacting with Engineering. Helped us streamline how we resolve issues and reproduce them + makes every engineer's job much easier: they now have the data to understand what was going on for users.
Works well in combination with tools like Logrocket or Fullstory
Cons
The speed of creating a snippet can be improved (from processing + number of clicks), but that's minor

This this the best tool on the market to capture the Network tab

There are no other tools that can easily capture network tab and replay.

Sometime we fill performance issue when the bug not recorded , but it's happening rarely
