KloudGin is a field service and asset management solution that seamlessly combines service contract management, work management, and mobile work execution functionalities in a complete end-to-end automated process.

KloudGin digitizes the complete service contract-to-bill process with real-time integration to the accounting software. This automation of manual processes eliminates rekeying of core information, and reduces errors and re-work.

Automated scheduling and dispatch ensure that the right people, parts, and equipment get to service calls with intelligent scheduling decisions and optimal work routes. KloudGin integrates with the bi-directional flow of data between your accounting system’s general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, projects, items, sales orders, sales invoices, fixed assets, and other modules.

KloudGin is designed for the cloud and can quickly connect to any system directly or via APIs, SOAP, REST, or using its library of out-of-the-box connectors to over 58 systems to manage all operations from a single pane of glass.

Pros

Louisville Water Company deployed KloudGin both for mobile asset management for vertical (above ground) and linear assets (underground). We like KloudGin:

1) Cloud-native Field Service & Enterprise Asset Management SaaS solution with deep utility industry specific functionality

Native Mobile app which is easy to use even in most complex scenarios by all our field crews across all departments. This has contributed to address the core problem of user adoption in the field.
Single high-capacity scheduling and route optimization engine for both short (customer service) and long-cycle (asset maintenance and construction) work.
KloudGin open APIs and Integrations to Oracle Customer Care & Billing, ESRI ArcsGIS, Single-Sign, Oracle e-business suite R12.
KloudGin relentless focus on customer experience is unparalleled compared to our other vendors.
KloudGin is easy to implement, manage and easy to use in rugged conditions in the field operations even in offline mode.
Since its pure cloud product, it has helped us eliminate costly upgrades, patching and helped us focus on our business user needs and innovate.

Cons

I will like them to open their cloud data warehouse to 3rd party BI tools. I am told in their future release they will be allowing it.

Pros

Scheduling engines are very visual. Customizations are readily available to meet business requirements. Support is readily available via a real person and support team.

Cons

Amount of clicks for data entry can create a slower user experience.

Our sales person stayed with us through the whole implementation and has become a friend that I rely heavily on to this day. He knows the software inside and out and has experience with business management, so it was easy to discuss what we were trying to solve.

Pros

Great reminders and task updates with Realtime updates. Easy invoicing and billing system. Effortless usage of the software. Any new person can easily learn in one day.

Cons

The software can improve the customer support. The software must also accept the feedback from the users.
